1 General Information & Introduction

Mostplaye is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Mostplaye and its users.

These terms and conditions are written in English for the benefit of all our Bangladeshi members. Mostplaye's terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on Mostplaye:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are required to provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Two members of the same household may hold separate accounts, provided each member's identity is verified independently.
• Mostplaye may request an NID, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time.

If any information provided at registration is found to be false or incorrect, Mostplaye reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without notice. All transactions must be made using your own name and payment method — third-party transactions are not permitted.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Mostplaye:

• Please review all details carefully before confirming a bet — once confirmed, bets cannot generally be cancelled.
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳20. Maximum stake limits may vary depending on the event.
• Bets will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
• Odds in live betting change rapidly; the odds at the time the bet is submitted will be considered final.
• If a bet is placed before a match begins and the match does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled date, the bet will be considered void.
• Mostplaye will not be held liable for bets that fail to process due to computer or network errors.

Mostplaye reserves the right to accept or decline any bet. If unusual betting patterns are detected, payouts may be withheld pending investigation. It is every member's responsibility to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted at Mostplaye:

• Mobile Pay — Minimum deposit BDT 500
• Nagad — Minimum deposit BDT 500
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking) — Minimum deposit BDT 500
• Bank Transfer — Minimum BDT 10,000

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Mostplaye does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from Mostplaye:

• Full account verification (KYC verification) is required before withdrawals can be made.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 5,00,000 (subject to change based on account verification level).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• To withdraw earnings from a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.

If any suspicious activity or money laundering is suspected, Mostplaye may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation. Account access may be restricted during this period.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mostplaye offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. General bonus terms:

• The welcome bonus applies once only and is valid on the first deposit only.
• A wagering requirement of typically 5x to 20x must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• There is a set time limit to meet the wagering requirements — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mostplaye platform:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports corruption.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using any automated software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Mostplaye may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If false identity or information is provided.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

A monthly maintenance fee of BDT 50 may apply to inactive accounts. If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team — any remaining balance will be refunded, though bonus balance will be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy

Mostplaye is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting should be a source of fun — not a source of problems. To support this, we offer the following:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on how much you bet within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclude for anywhere from 30 days to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take an account break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders of how long you've been playing.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Mostplaye takes the protection of your personal information seriously. The data you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

11 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between Mostplaye and a member, the following process will apply:

• Step 1: Submit the details of your issue to the support team — you will receive an initial response within 48 hours.
• Step 2: If the initial resolution is unsatisfactory, the matter will be escalated to the management team.
• Step 3: If no resolution is reached after all processes are exhausted, the matter will be referred to an independent international arbitration authority.

During dispute resolution, withdrawals from the relevant account may be temporarily suspended. Mostplaye's final decision shall be considered binding.

12 Right to Amend Terms & Conditions

Mostplaye reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
